When you proceed to Ontopo to make a booking, Ontopo’s privacy policy applies in addition to this policy.

Reservations via Ontopo: name, contact details, booking preferences, and any free text you provide. Data is collected and managed in Ontopo’s platform. 

Contact form on our site: name, email address, phone number, subject, and message.

Usage data and cookies: Wix may place essential cookies, and, depending on your consent via the banner, additional cookies for analytics, security, and performance. Wix provides a consent banner option. 

Purposes of processing

Providing and managing reservations, responding to inquiries, operating events, securing our services, and complying with legal obligations.

Legal bases

Performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the site and venue, compliance with legal duties, and consent where required, for example for non-essential cookies.

Sharing your information

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the site and bookings, notably Wix as our website host and privacy tools provider, and Ontopo as our booking platform.
