Knappogue Castle Single Malt
"This is an extraordinary single malt whiskey... It has an alluring bouquet with notes of malt, grain, and just a hint of smoke. On the palate, the silky textured whiskey is ideally balanced with the delightfully sweet flavor of malt and the dry, chewy taste of grain.
The finish is long, relaxed and flavorful."

Robert Plotkin The Bartender’s Companion
